Dr. Sanjay Sinha, is a Co-founder of IAPA. He has worked in the field of HIV/AIDS since 2003 both domestically and internationally. Since the beginning of IAPA, Sanjay has worked with the team to build a strong, sustainable, and passionate NGO that above all else, focuses on how it can better the lives of children and adults living with HIV/AIDS. Given his training in pediatric medicine, he has a particular interest in the Arokiya Children’s Nutrition Project and has worked with the IAPA team to better the delivery of healthcare and nutrition to HIV positive children in India. He also launched Health First, a first of its kind initiative in Chennai that partners physicians, residents, medical students and medical training staff from India and US hospitals to better the understanding and treatment of pediatric disease. Sanjay is currently a Fellow in Pediatric Cardiology at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital.

Eric Hamm is a current member of the Board of Directors and co-founder of IAPA. He obtained his Masters in Public Health in Global Epidemiology in 2008 from Emory University, completed his MD at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 2014, and completed his residency training in emergency medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2017. He currently lives and works in Atlanta, GA.
